Custom Manufacturing of Fold Over Die Cut Bags for the Consumer Industry

Appropriate for many different applications within the retail industry, Belcorr Packaging manufactures these fold-over bags using die cutting and heat sealing. Working with a Schjeldahl bag making machine, we manufacture each bag to measure 1.5 Mil in material thickness, 15 inches long, 11 inches wide. Each fold-over die cut bag also features a 3.00-inch fold-over handle and a 3.00-inch bottom gusset.

Made using a low-density and linear low-density poly blend, our bags have a gold opaque color. Throughout manufacturing we perform constant seal strength checks and fold registrations to ensure the quality of our work. When we are certain we have met all customer-supplied standards and each bag adheres to the original print, we pack 1,000 bags per box and deliver the order to our client. Specific size, thickness, colour and print fold over die cuts are available per customer request.
