Custom Manufacturing of Poly Make Up Wedge Bags for the Cosmetics Industry

As an experienced custom bag manufacturer, Belcorr Packaging serves clients in a variety of industries, including the cosmetic sector. These featured poly bags are used by a client in the cosmetics industry to hold make-up wedges—After extrusion, each bag undergoes flexographic printing, zipper insertion and heat sealing.  All graphics are printed to meet client specifications, and we employ a 7-color process. Only two pieces of equipment are necessary during manufacturing: a side well bag making machine, and zipper insertion machine.
Made from a low-density and linear low-density poly blend, each bag measures 2 Mil thick, 11.00 inches long, and 6 inches wide, and features a 1.5-inch long re-closable header and 1-inch long hang holes in the headers. All wicket hang holes are made to fit regular, 5 inch x 3 inch wicket wires, and the re-closeable header features a butterfly type hang hole. We conduct constant inspections for print registration and for the zipper seal. Our bags are packaged with 1,500 bags per box. Once we’ve ensured all of our client’s requirements have been surpassed, we deliver the make-up wedge bags to our customer.
